2. Safe ride on 214 to Civic Center for 113 to the Health Clinic. Safe walk to Clinic. BP -157/87 and Sugar 105. Mentioned to Dr about aches when taking the statins and he recommended I stop till they took blood sample to get things right. Clinic Financial Officer came with reminders about Medicaid etc to help instead of draining the homeless resources. New refills given. New Appointment for September. Also Dental Appointment to be made.
3. Safe walk to bus stop for 113 to RTC then 214 to FAME. Rev. and family welcoming. Got Pantry and walked safely to the house.
4. Media and Research- Filled the NAC application and sent a mail to Rebecca to check for advice.
5. Car service by Moor to Flamingo via Mama Toland's house. Got plum.
6. Saw the bus and had to drive 2 stops in front to catch 202.
7. Safe walk to DREAM Center. Conversed with some black lady, senior and the Spanish man. mentioned the Drumming Class to the senior and Spanish Papa and invited them. Need to send them cards next week. Noticed that some Sudanese people owned one of the houses near the DREAM Center.
8. Safe walk in 110 c heat and felt stomach ache. Ate the plum and surprisingly got relieved. Got on 101 and had a call from Dental for appointment on 28th or 23rd
